Horizontalism is about the social movements in Argentina since the economy collapsed in December of , seemingly a part of the bigger movements for social justice sweeping across Latin America. What I really liked about this book is that it's from the point of view of people participating in the movement. Thus, while the book includes chapters on topics such as “Repression” and “Women,” its raison d’etre is to arrive at a broad understanding of Horizontalism “by offering the direct testimony of participants [by permitting] them to speak about what they are creating, why they are creating it in such a way and of what it all could mean.”.
